These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of parts and services from Next Drive LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Purchase & Fitment

Fitment Confirmation: You confirm that the part ordered matches your vehicle's specifications. Next Drive LLC is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by incorrect or incomplete vehicle information provided by you.
Used / Reconditioned Parts: Unless otherwise specified, parts we supply may be used, recycled, or reconditioned OEM components and may show normal wear, minor surface rust, or other signs of prior use consistent with quality used auto parts.
Sourcing Authorization: To fulfill your order, Next Drive LLC may arrange, source, or outsource the requested part through its partner network and suppliers on your behalf.
Vehicle Condition: Next Drive LLC is not responsible for part failure caused by pre-existing vehicle problems, including overheating, electrical faults, poor maintenance, or other mechanical issues unrelated to the supplied part.

Installation & Usage

Professional Installation Required: Engines and transmissions must be installed by a certified or professional mechanic. Failure due to improper installation voids the warranty.
No Tampering: Modifying, disassembling, or tampering with the part before authorization may void the warranty and return eligibility.
Acceptance After Installation: Once the part has been installed or used, it is considered accepted, unless a valid warranty claim is approved by Next Drive LLC.

Warranty

Coverage: Engines and transmissions carry a warranty of up to 90 days from the order date. The warranty applies to the part only and excludes labor, installation, removal, diagnostics, or related costs.
Activation: The warranty period begins when the order is placed with Next Drive LLC — not from the delivery or installation date.
Claim Requirements: Any warranty claim must be supported by installation invoices and diagnostic documentation from a certified mechanic.
Void Conditions: The warranty is void if the part is subjected to misuse, improper installation, overheating, lack of proper lubrication, modification, racing use, or failure to follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance procedures.
No Warranty on Body Parts: Body and accessory parts — including mirrors, bumpers, control arms, spindles, hoods, seats, radiators, A/C compressors, condensers, alternators, and starters — are sold as-is with no warranty. Minor cosmetic imperfections may exist, and such parts are not eligible for warranty, replacement, or cosmetic compensation.

Payment & Legal Protection

Payment Authorization: You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or payment account holder and approve this transaction for the stated amount.
Order Cancellation: Cancelling an order after it has been placed incurs a 30% restocking charge on the order total.
Limitation of Liability: Next Drive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including vehicle downtime, towing expenses, rental vehicles, loss of use, or additional repair costs.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed and interpreted under the laws applicable to Next Drive LLC's business operations.
Entire Agreement: This document represents the complete agreement between you and Next Drive LLC and supersedes any prior verbal or written communication regarding the purchase.

Acceptance

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms above. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Next Drive LLC. You confirm that payment is authorized, voluntary, and non-refundable once the order has been processed, and you agree not to dispute, reverse, or initiate a chargeback with any bank, credit card provider, or payment processor once payment has been authorized and successfully processed. You further agree to contact Next Drive LLC first to attempt resolution before initiating any dispute or chargeback.
